MB9B160L 32-Bit ARM® Cortex® MCU

Cypress MB9B160L microcontrollers are highly integrated 32-bit high-performance MCUs designed for embedded controllers. MB9B160L MCUs are based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4F Processor with on-chip flash memory and SRAM. These MCUs have a DMA controller with 8 channels and a DSTC (Descriptor System data Transfer Controller) with 128 channels. MB9B160L MCUs provide peripheral functions such as motor control timers, ADCs (Analog to Digital Converters), and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, I²C, and LIN). These MCUs have base, dual, watchdog, and multi-function timers. The power supply includes 2.7V to 5.5V wide range voltage and supply for VBAT. Other features include Low-Voltage Detector (LVD), low power consumption mode, RTC (Real-Time Clock), general purpose I/O port, VBAT, and debug.
