MG08 Enterprise Capacity HDDs

Toshiba MG08 Enterprise Capacity Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) use a 9-disk design and offer 16TB of Conventional Magnetic Recording (CMR) capacity and 7200 rpm performance. These HDDs have a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) 6.0Gbit/s or 12.0Gbit/s Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interface. The Toshiba MG08 HDD models integrate easily into standard 3.5" drive bays to reduce the footprint and operational burden of cloud-scale storage infrastructure and storage systems. Applications include file- and object-based storage infrastructure, tiered storage infrastructure, compliance data life-cycle management, data center data protection, and data backup infrastructure.
