HIS550R & HIS2000R Thermal Infrared Emitters

Innovative Sensor Technology HIS550R and HIS2000R Thermal Infrared Emitters are powerful and highly efficient IR radiation sources for gas detection and spectroscopy. These IR emitters are NiCr filament-based thermal emitters with a gold-plated reflector that directs radiation from the rear to the front for maximum efficiency. The HIS2000R HISpower emitters come in a hermetically sealed TO8 package with a CaF₂ window to provide long-term stability. The HIS550R and HIS2000R emitters offer low radiating element temperatures, making the hot and cold resistance almost identical, easing the electrical control of the IR sources. These emitters provide a patented nanostructured radiating element that achieves up to 500% more detection signal. The HIS550R and HIS2000R thermal infrared emitters are ideal for gas detection sensors and IR spectroscopy.
