X-Series SMD Multilayer Varistors (MLVs)

TDK X-Series SMD Multilayer Varistors (MLVs) feature a reduced carbon (CO₂) footprint while fulfilling the demanding requirements for automotive, industrial, consumer, and commercial applications. The X-Series includes AEC-Q200-qualified variants, which are designated by an X1 in the part number, as well as a wide range of EIA package sizes: 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, and 1812. These varistors support a maximum RMS operating voltage range of 14V_AC to 50V_AC, a DC voltage range of 16V_DC to 65V_DC, and an operating temperature up to +150°C. TDK X-Series SMD MLVs are designed to meet both the growing demand for eco-friendly products and the commercial need for cost-attractive components, while maintaining TDK's high reliability and performance.
