MUN5136 Digital Transistors

onsemi MUN5136 Digital Transistors are designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network. These digital transistors contain a single transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. The MUN5136 digital transistors feature simplification of circuit design, reduced board space, and reduced component count. These digital transistors operate at -55°C to 150°C junction and storage temperature range.
