Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.

TVS Diode ESD Suppressors

Eaton Electronics TVS Diode ESD Suppressors provide a 3.3V to 70V reverse working range with a peak pulse current of up to 240A and capacitance as low as 0.07pF. These suppressors deliver highly reliable protection against fast and damaging voltage transients, such as electrostatic discharge, electrically fast transients, and induced lightning. The TVS diodes are offered in discrete and arrays and feature a fast response time, high-voltage withstand capability, long life, and low capacitance. PS04LTVA1 ESD Suppressors

Eaton Electronics PS04LTVA1 ESD Suppressors protect valuable high-speed data circuits with sensitive ICs from ESD damage without distorting data signals as a result of its ultra-low (0.05pF typical) capacitance. The low trigger voltage and clamping voltage deliver enhanced ESD protection. These devices offer fast response time and low leakage current. The low-profile modules are RoHS compliant, halogen free and lead free. The PS04LTVA1 ESD Suppressors are part of the PolySurg LTV series from Eaton.
