SLI Liquid Flow Meters

Sensirion SLI Liquid Flow Meters measures very low liquid flow in the μl/min to ml/min range. The series can measure liquid flow rates up to 10 ml/min. The meters enable fast, non-invasive measurements and offer excellent chemical resistance. The flow path is formed by a simple, straight glass capillary. A fourth-generation MEMS sensor combines a thermal high precision sensor element with amplification circuits and digital intelligence for linearization and temperature compensation on one single microchip. Sensirion SLI Liquid Flow Meters offer digital or analog interface options.
