TCR1HF CMOS Linear LDO Regulator ICs

Toshiba TCR1HF CMOS Linear LDO (Low Drop-Out) Regulator ICs are general-purpose, single-output, silicon monolithic ICs featuring a high 40V rating, a low 1μA quiescent current, a high response load transient, and on/off control input. Available in fixed output voltages between 1.8V and 5.0V, the small plastic molded SMV packaged TCR1HF ICs drive up to 150mA. Features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and auto-discharge.
