TSU10x Nanopower Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSU10x Nanopower Operational Amplifiers offer an ultralow-power consumption combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V. These features allow the TSU101, TSU102, and TSU104 to be efficiently supplied by a coin-type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications. The gain bandwidth of these devices makes them ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery supplied, and portable applications.

Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps to be used on a wide range of applications.

STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. Ideal applications include sensor signal conditioning, battery-operated devices, medical instrumentation, power, AFE for high voltage sensors, computers, and tablets.
