MLJ1005H Multilayer Inductors

TDK MLJ1005H Multilayer Inductors are low-resistance multilayer ferrite inductors designed for use in near-field communication (NFC) applications, in the LC filters of NFC circuits. The MLJ1005H inductors feature a tolerance of ±5% to minimize the loss caused by mismatched impedance with the antenna. In addition, inductor loss is controlled at the 13.56MHz communication frequency to prevent the reduction of antenna output power. The AC resistance (Rac) must be kept low and maintained even as the current is applied. By super-low loss material development, the TDK MLJ-H series achieves lower Rac during high-current applications than the MLJ-W series. With NFC circuit use rapidly increasing in smartphones, smartwatches, wearables, and other peripheral devices, they are projected to be used in diverse ways in the realization of a completely touchless society, including in cashless payments.

MLJ1005 Multilayer Ferrite Power Inductors

TDK MLJ1005 Multilayer Ferrite Power Inductors feature a response to large currents with newly-developed ferrite materials and a narrow tolerance response with high-accuracy multiple layers. These inductors also significantly reduce high-frequency loss due to the adoption of low-loss materials. The series offers an inductance range from 160nH to 560nH with a 5% tolerance in a compact 1mm × 0.5mm × 0.5mm package. TDK MLJ1005 Multilayer Ferrite Power Inductors are ideal for use in near-field communication (NFC) circuits for smartphones, PCs, and power lines for electronic devices.

Inductors

TDK Inductors are manufactured using state-of-the-art multilayer processing technologies, wire-winding technology, or thin-film technologies. TDK's unique multilayer processing technology provides higher inductance and Q characteristics as well as further miniaturization. Among these designs are models with characteristics such as low hum noise, high Q, narrow inductance tolerance, loss reduction, low DCR, and large-current capability. TDK Power Inductors are available in wirewound, multilayer, and thin-film technologies and are designed to suit various needs.
