MA100 NTC Type Biomedical Chip Thermistors

Amphenol Advanced Sensors MA100 NTC Type Biomedical Chip Thermistors are specially designed for use in catheter assemblies. They are available in nominal resistance values of 2252Ω, 3000Ω, 5000Ω, and 10,000Ω at 25°C. The highly stable, precision thermochips provide reliability, tight interchangeable tolerances, and geometries. The MA100 series offers fast response times, which are often required for biomedical applications in the range of 0°C to +50°C. Close monitoring of manufacturing processes delivers tight interchangeability tolerances and volume production. Amphenol MA100 Biomedical Chip Thermistors come with a Kapton® sleeve in diameters of 0.030" (0.76mm) (10KΩ only) and 0.050" (1.27mm). The 0.070" (1.78mm) diameter is normally supplied with a molded plastic tip.

Predictive Thermometry

Amphenol Advanced Sensors Predictive Thermometry is a highly accurate, repeatable, and fast-responding method of reading temperature for patients in a clinical setting. Predictive thermometers quickly analyze temperature data gathered from an NTC thermistor and provide an accurate reading in 4 to 10 seconds. Amphenol Advanced Sensors MA, SC, and Type 65 NTC chip thermistors are interchangeable and designed in small packages for rapid response while maintaining high accuracy. These NTC thermistors are offered with a robust construction, ensuring long life in harsh clinical environments.

NTC Type MA Biomedical Chip Thermistors

Amphenol Advanced Sensors NTC Type MA Biomedical Chip Thermistors are available in nominal resistance values of 2252Ω, 3000Ω, 5000Ω, and 10,000Ω at +25°C. These highly stable, precision thermistors provide reliability, geometries, and fast response times. Close monitoring of manufacturing processes enables these thermistors to maintain tight interchangeability tolerances with volume production. Devices with diameters of 0.030" (10KΩ only) and 0.050" are available with a Kapton sleeve only, and the 0.070" diameter is typically supplied with a molded plastic tip.
