These resistors have a high tolerance to surge events and operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range. Additional features include a resistance range of 1Ω to 10MΩ and ±1% or ±5% resistance tolerance. ROHM Semiconductor SDR03 and SDR10 High Anti-Surge Thick Film Chip Resistors offer ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certification, AEC-Q200 correspondence, and RoHS compliance.
