Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. 5kW 5KP Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes

Littelfuse 5kW 5KP Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning and other transient voltage events. These diodes offer 5kW peak pulse capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform. Littelfuse 5kW 5KP Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes are axial leaded, halogen free, and RoHS compliant.
