Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations.

Auxiliary Power Supply

Littelfuse offers numerous products designed for Auxiliary Power Supply, including Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, gate drivers, and TVS diodes. The LSIC1MO170T0750 SiC MOSFET is a 1700V device optimized for high-frequency, high-efficiency applications and features a low 11nC gate charge, low 11.5pF output capacitance, and a low 29Ω gate resistance for high-frequency switching. The IX4351NE gate driver offers an internal negative charge regulator, providing a selectable negative gate drive bias for improved dV/dt immunity and faster turn-off.
