Cree LED XLamp® CMA1306 LEDs are optimized for best‑in‑class lumen output, efficacy, and reliability at high drive currents. These LEDs share the same package design and Light Emitting Surface (LES) sizes as Cree LED’s CXA2 standard density LEDs. The CMA1306 LEDs feature a 6mm optical source, 600mA, 1200mA, 2400mA maximum drive current, and 116° viewing angle. These high-current LED arrays come in 70-, 80-, 90- and 95-CRI standard and premium color options. The XLamp LED arrays are available in 2-, 3-, and 5-step EasyWhite® bins. These Cree LED XLamp CMA1306 LEDs are ideally used in tracks, downlights, and outdoor lighting applications.

XLamp® CXA LED Array Family

Cree LED XLamp® CXA LED Arrays deliver high lumen output and efficacy in a family of single, easy-to-use components. Optimized to simplify designs and lower system cost, Cree's CXA LED arrays deliver system level performance from 550 to over 5000 lumens and can enable applications ranging from GU10s to commercial downlights. With Cree LED's CXA LED arrays, lighting manufacturers can have both performance and ease-of-use in a single LED.

XLamp® Pro9™ High-Power LEDs

Cree LED XLamp® Pro9™ High-Power LEDs offer up to 15% higher efficacy for a 90/95 color rendering index (CRI) over the standard version LEDs without sacrificing color rendering quality. Operating at up to +105°C, the highly reliable Pro9 LEDs feature the same maximum current and mechanical/electrical characteristics as the standard variants.
