Littelfuse LF2117xTMR Omnipolar TMR Switches

Littelfuse LF2117xTMR Omnipolar TMR Switches are digital omnipolar magnetic switches that integrate tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) and complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technologies. The switches provide high precision, low power consumption, and high sensitivity. The Littelfuse LF2117xTMR contains a voltage generator, a comparator, a digital logic control module, a threshold trimming module, and a CMOS output circuit. The LF2117xTMR features a wide working voltage and temperature range and can provide omnipolar magnetic response with a low current consumption of 160nA. The series is available in a variety of magnetic field thresholds to suit various applications.
